Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice at no extra charge. In the event of technical or connection problems from the advisor side, the session will be rescheduled at no extra charge. If problems arise on the client’s side, there will be no charge, however the client will need to address this to avoid further cancellations. Rescheduling within less than 24 hours-notice, for 3 or more consecutive times, will require a $45 rescheduling fee. Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice for a full refund, less the $75 cancellation fee for reports and prep-work done. Cancellations within less than 48 hours-notice will have a 50% refund of fees plus the $75 admin & prep fee. No shows are non-refundable.
